Returns

At Addison's Closet, we prepared an easy to follow manual to guide you through our streamlined returns process. 

In order to return an item you must do the following:

1. Visit out returns center at https://returns.aftership.com/www.addisonscloset.com
2. Have your email and order number ready and click the start return button
3. From there you will be guided on how to process a return
4. Your return will be reviewed and either approved or declined

In that email please use the following format:

• Name
• Order Number
• Email/Phone
• Return Reason
• Products to be Returned
• Address displayed on package

In order for a return to be valid, the following conditions must be met:

• The item is returned within 14 (calendar) days after receiving it 
• The item is in perfect re-saleable condition
• The item must not be damaged (due to your own fault)
• The item was damaged (due to manufacturer fault)
• The item was incorrect/wrong
• The item never arrived (allow up to 5 weeks)
• The item was different to the image
